ABOUT EDIYA
I’m Ediya — a creative and facilitator.
My childhood and adolescence were shaped by depression, anxiety, and trauma. At 16, I discovered meditation and began exploring self-inquiry.
In 2020, I experienced Kensho, which completely shifted how I relate to myself and reality. You could say it was the result of earnest practice, but it was just as much grace. Around the same time, I began sharing on my YouTube channel, creating a space for presence and connection for those on a similar path.
