ABOUT me
I’m Ediya.
One way to tell my story is that I've dealt with depression and anxiety for as long as I can remember. The truer, less shame-y way is this: I've always been sensitive to what moves quietly underneath the surface of things, asking to be noticed.
I found meditation at 16 and have been in self-inquiry ever since. In 2020, experiencing Kensho made one thing unmistakably clear: my personality is a construct, built out of everything that's happened to me — all of which matters, but who am I really, underneath all that?
I’ve been course-correcting towards what’s real, and I want to join forces with you if you’re doing the same.
